Ordering To place an order you can call us Monday through Saturday 8 AM to 6 PM EST at 1-800-800-LILY (5459) or Sundays 9 AM till 3 PM. When you call to place an order you will speak with a floral professional - not an order taker! This is important to you since you can discuss the specifics of your order including your choice of flowers, colors, design, etc.. Substitutions. At times, to maintain the highest quality, substitutions of specific flowers may be necessary. Our designers will always maintain the character and "look" of the arrangement selected. Delivery and Tax Delivery is $9.99. Deliveries are made between 9 AM and 6 PM daily. For delivery to areas in the United States not listed on our Delivery Area Page, there is an additional sending fee of $10.99. All products and services are subject to New York States Sales Tax of 8.625 %. Nationwide and worldwide service Feldis Florists belongs to a worldwide network of fine florists. We can send flowers throughout the U.S.and to most locations around the world. Our sending fee for nationwide delivery is $10.99. The sending fee for international delivery is $24.99. For Worldwide service please call 1-800-800-LILY (5459). International orders generally require 48 hours for processing and delivery (longer at holidays). Custom made to order Items displayed on line are just a sampling of the work we do. Each arrangement is custom made. Want to specify a color, flower, style? Just let us know. Same day service Orders received by 12 Noon, Monday through Saturday, can be delivered the same day. On Sundays we offer a more limited delivery range. Check out our delivery area page for more details. Express Delivery Service We offer an Express Delivery Service for those packages that must get there right away. Peak Holidays During peak floral holidays we recommend calling early. While other florists and floral services are not answering their phones or leaving you on hold, we at Feldis are working extra hard to serve you. We ask our customers to order early for best selection, but we will still take your last minute orders and maintain our commitment to quality. To insure delivery of specific items at Mother's Day and all holidays we recommend ordering one week in advance. |
